Who the Heck is

Your Tech Wingwoman?

That would be me. Kelly. And I’m here to sort out your tech chaos so you can get back to doing what you’re brilliant at.

Let me guess: You’re bloody good at what you do. Whether that’s coaching, consulting, therapy, or running some other brilliant business. But the moment someone mentions “email automation” or “sales funnels,” your brain just… nopes out of there.

You’ve probably spent hours watching YouTube tutorials that promise to make everything “simple” but somehow leave you more confused than when you started. You’ve bought courses. You’ve tried to DIY it. Maybe you’ve even hired someone who claimed they could sort it all out but left you with a bigger mess than before.

Here’s the thing: You’re not rubbish with tech. You’re just trying to be a website developer, email marketing expert, funnel strategist, and tech support all rolled into one. On top of actually running your business.

When you think about it, that doesn’t make sense. And it’s exactly why I exist.

My job? Making the tech invisible so your business can shine

I support you to get your online business up and running by sorting out your systems without the tech stress. No jargon. No overwhelm. No pretending you need to understand how the sausage is made.

I handle the websites, email marketing, sales funnels, course platforms, booking systems, and all the other techy bits that make your business run smoothly. You handle being brilliant at what you do.

Think of me as your tech translator. You tell me what you want your business to do, and I make the tech do it. Simple as that.

My superpower? I genuinely love figuring out which tech solutions work best for different businesses. What feels like torture to you feels like the world’s best puzzle to me. Lucky for both of us, really.

How I ended up here
(The non-boring version)

Plot twist: I didn’t start out as a tech person.

I was a mum of two kids with additional needs, trying to make traditional employment work around school pickups, appointments, and everything else that comes with that territory. Guess what? It didn’t work.

After leaving my last “proper” job in 2016, the only money coming in was from blogging. Except here’s the weird bit – whilst other bloggers were outsourcing their tech stuff, I was the one they came to for help.

Turns out I was actually bloody good at the websites, design, and all the techy bits that make online businesses work. Who knew?

What started as helping friends with their blogs turned into a proper business when I realised I could make decent money doing something I genuinely enjoyed. And more importantly, something that gave me the flexibility my family needed.

More than seven years later, I’m still here. Still loving it. Still helping brilliant business owners get their tech sorted so they can focus on changing the world (or at least their corner of it).

I even won Runner Up VA of the Year in the West Midlands in 2019, which was pretty bloody exciting and definitely going on the CV forever.

What I actually believe in

Straight talking: No tech jargon. No pretending things are more complicated than they are. If I can’t explain it in normal words, I’m doing it wrong.

Getting it done: Perfect is the enemy of done. I’d rather get your systems working well than spend months agonising over making them “perfect.”

Flexibility: Life happens. Kids get sick. Brains have off days. I get it, and I work around it.

Empowerment: Whether you want to learn how to do it yourself or just want it sorted so you never have to think about it again – both are valid choices.

No judgment: Your current tech setup might be held together with digital sellotape. That’s fine. We’ve all been there. Let’s just fix it.

When I’m not wrestling websites…

I’m probably reading a book, binge-watching something on Netflix (no shame), or getting lost in the woods with my camera. I love being outdoors, especially by the sea or anywhere I can hear birds singing.

I sing in a choir because music makes everything better. I have an unhealthy relationship with both chocolate and roast potatoes. I’m constantly learning new things because staying curious keeps life interesting.

Oh, and I have ADHD, which probably explains why I love solving other people’s tech puzzles but can’t remember where I put my keys five minutes ago.

The bottom line: I become part of your team. Not just someone you hire to fix things, but someone who understands your business and makes sure your tech actually works for you, not against you.

Ready to get your tech sorted?

Look, you didn’t start your business to become a tech expert. You started it because you’re brilliant at what you do and you want to help people.

So let’s get the tech working properly so you can get back to being brilliant.

Your business deserves systems that work. You deserve to not worry about whether your website will break during your next launch.

Let’s make that happen.
