- Monthly hot seat call (90 mins, evenings): Bring your tech problem – however big, however embarrassing you think it is. We’ll work through it live, together. You’ll leave with clarity, a plan, or quite possibly the whole thing sorted.
- Monthly body-doubling session (times vary): You know the stuff you learn and then never implement? This is where that changes. We show up, we set our intentions, we work alongside each other, and we actually get it done. (Accountability is magic. I don’t make the rules.)
- Recordings for the monthly calls: Can’t make it live? Life happens. The hot seat call is recorded and available to watch back for one month in your members’ area.
- WhatsApp community: A low-key space to share wins, commiserate over tech gremlins, and feel like you’re part of something. Tips and observations from me when I’ve got something useful to share. Actual tech questions? Bring them to the call. That’s where the good stuff happens.

FAQs
What's the difference between standard and VIP membership?
Standard membership gives you everything you need – the monthly hot seat call, body-doubling session, recordings, and WhatsApp community. VIP adds a monthly 20-minute 1:1 check-in with me (your choice of Zoom or Voxer) plus priority on the hot seat. It’s for the business owner who wants a dedicated space each month that’s entirely theirs.
What exactly happens on the monthly hot seat call?
It’s a 90-minute group Zoom call where you bring your tech problems and we work through them live. You might be in the hot seat yourself, or you might be watching someone else’s problem get solved and realising it applies to you too. Either way, you’ll leave with more clarity than you arrived with. Time-limited per person for fairness,if you have a bigger problem than time allows, I’ll tell you (and it may be that you need a Solve-It Session with me to work it out properly). I’ll let you know the date and time each month in the WhatsApp community and you can subscribe to the calendar.
What if my problem is too basic/too complicated/too embarrassing to ask about?
It isn’t. I promise. There is no such thing as a stupid tech question and nothing I haven’t heard before. The whole point of this community is that you can ask the things you’ve been too embarrassed to Google for the fourth time. I don’t do judgy, and I’m sure everyone in the community is feeling the same!
Are the calls recorded?
Yes – the monthly hot seat calls are recorded and available to watch back for one month. Life happens, brain days happen, and I don’t want you to miss out just because Monday was terrible. Recordings are hosted in your members’ area.
What if I need help between calls?
The WhatsApp group is there for connection, tips and community – but it’s not a support channel. If you’ve got something that genuinely can’t wait, a Solve-It Session is exactly what you need. Club members get priority booking and a discounted price.
How much access do I get to you?
On the monthly calls you get me fully. In the WhatsApp group, I pop in when I’ve got something useful to share – tips, observations, the occasional “ooh did you know this?” moment. What you won’t get is me on call 24/7, and that’s by design. It keeps the membership sustainable so I can show up properly when it counts.
However, if you’re a VIP member, you’ll have 20 mins a month with me on either Zoom or Voxer.
What's the body-doubling session?
It’s a working session where we all show up on Zoom, share what we’re going to work on, put our heads down and get it done – together. No talking, just working alongside each other. If you’ve never tried body-doubling before, trust me on this one. It’s weirdly brilliant for getting stuff off that list. The time of day rotates each month so it works for different schedules.
Why is VIP capped so tightly?
Because I want to actually show up properly for VIP members. Ten people maximum means your 1:1 time is genuinely valuable – not squeezed in between fifty other check-ins. When those spots are gone, they’re gone. No waiting list, no exceptions.
Can I upgrade from standard to VIP later?
Yes – if there are VIP spots remaining when you decide to upgrade, absolutely. You’d move to the VIP price available at that time. Founding VIP rate is only available during the founding member period (first 5 VIP places).
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No notice period, no awkward conversation, no hard feelings. To cancel, just contact Kelly (kelly@yourtechwingwoman) before your next billing date.
I'm not very techy - is this still for me?
Especially for you, actually. This community exists specifically for people who find tech overwhelming. You don’t need any prior knowledge, any particular tools, or any idea what you’re doing. That’s literally what we’re here to sort out together.
I already work with Kelly - should I join?
If you’re an existing client and you fancy the community and the monthly calls, absolutely. But there’s no pressure – you’ve already got access to me through our existing work together.
